• Adding suggested questions to the question list

• Poll reviewing page: comments near each question and list of the tasks

The idea of a startup

The problem is - part of the employees in each company not satisfied of some things and it can depend of their condition and motivation. The idea is - always be in touch with conditionals of the employees. Always make a review of it. They realized, that they can solve it with poll for each employee. And if founder don't want, what exact question to ask - they could be advised.

Result. Step by step development

1) Product manager planed the product in user flow

Firstly product manager discussed all requirements with client and created user flow with all screens and actions. It helped designer to develop UX. You can look through the screenshoots to see it in more details.

Then he built whole prototype according to user flow

Then designer planed styles and colors

And then designer built UX and UI design of the product

After design we started to transfer all screens to FlutterFlow.io and set the logic. Let's learn the user flow.

1) Landing page

On the landing page user can learn about the project. You can look through the screenshoots to see it in more details

2) Registration flow

First user register on the platform. He will answer on the several questions.

3) Poll creation page

On this page user can add 2 types questions - text or range. Also he can add questions from the list of suggestions and templates.

4) Adding user and set deadline.

Then he create employee or add the new one. And set deadline for appointment. After that employee gets the email with the poll link. You can look through the screenshoots to see it in more details

5) Employee go to the link and answer the questions

6) Admin(boss) get the answer and start review it

On the meeting page admin can leave note near the each answer and make list of the tasks for each meeting.
